Will Ultimate Charge Aero (level 4 boost lets you go off-road) actually be useful when it releases? The amount of places where you can build up a level four drift before a worthwhile off-road shortcut isn't very high, and you have the wisps in time-trials so there isn't much of a use for it there either.

The game also shouldn't expect you to be able to outrace all of the other players without boost items to take your shuriken into second to throw it at the person that will have extra warning and options to avoid it compared to slime or weights. In reality, the person who picks it up is just going to ruin the day of the person directly in front of them.
