Picture you did work as a fast food cook, the manager comes up behind you after you worked your 20 hour shift for three solid weeks on payday and says "You're getting a 50% paycut for the last 3 weeks you worked" and just walks away. You never get to talk to him or ask about it again. That's what working for Youtube is like.
