Fuck, I remember this. Wasn't there one boss that basically forced you to be on the "bio"(?) ability tree? IIRC he had massive stats and to beat him without infinite grinding you had to drain his MP so he would sac his own HP to regen MP.

I was playing Balloon Duel earlier. Very fun take on Balloon Fighter where you can change your costume and use gadgets. Makes me wonder why there hasn't been a more fleshed out version of it, especially from Nintendo. Also played a lot of Warlords. The Wood Elves are ridiculously overpowered thanks to rangers.

I felt Sonny 1 was better balanced. Sonny 2 is more of a finished game, but the build variety was less fun.

I remember Bubble Defense or whatever it's name was. It was a TD where you built your own maze of tower and it was fun as fuck.
The tower defense genre was really perfect for flash games.
