Because it's a garbage company. They released Symphonia remaster, arguably the most well known and successful entry in the franchise in the west locked 30 fps simply because it would have been too much work even though it was 60 on the fucking Gamecube, but the PS2 version was 30 so they couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. Fuck this company, nobody should expect anything good from them.

All they have to do. Market it with flashy combos, add in a deflection system tied to a stamina system like Graces' and make at least two of the female party members stacked, and you're all set.
