I played a hardmode romhack that gives Poo PSI Refresh and it was my favorite part of the whole thing, if only because said romhack was absolute unbalanced dogshit. I had to constantly abuse butterfly spawns to get anywhere and at one point I just broke down and savestate'd through Stonehenge due to the massive amount of enemies spawning at any given time.
