>>723871082The detective gameplay is meeeeh, the fighting is pretty pretty good. 1 has a nice main story, the substories do get better later on.2 has an okay story (not as bad as some people claim), the substories are mega fun.It's not completely "balanced" but the fighting in 2 is the best version we got in a Dragon Engine game.
Genuinely two of the best Yakuza games. It's actually ridiculous how much better they are than most of the Kiryu titles.

Yeah, they 1:1 do the same route except half way through they make you have to stop and listen to the guy you're tailing talk for ten minutes to someone before you spend another five minutes going in circles.>Penultimate boss had very little build up to being the penultimate boss.Final boss is fantastic though.
