Needs more shotguns, snipers, and pistols (there's only 3 of each of these gun types). The challenges are quite grindy. Medic is OP now that they can give health and ammo with one bag and also open weapons was a mistake. However, if you have friends, it might be worth picking up right now just to blast some fools with a P90 or something.
