Like Miyamoto and Shinichi Shimomura for Kirby. Or various people for Smash Bros.He's like many directors. He's best when he's reigned in by others. When he's given total control to do whatever he wants, his games go off the rails.

I will not buy a Switch 2 because of anticonsumer practices but damn I might just buy a copy of Kirby to support the release when I pirate it. I am that excited for this game.
