Heart of the Swarm is trash, both in story and gameplay. It was right at the peak of Blizzard's asshurt over dota, and they made every fucking mission focused around Kerrigan instead of her army. Kerrigan is an awful character, Raynor is a retarded simp, and Mengsk is an evil caricature of how he was in sc1. The only thing worse than HotS is the LotV epilogue, which is the single worst thing Blizzard ever shat out. WoL and the main story of LotV were fairly decent.
