>>724179761If you're on the right hand side of a solid cover you can hit people that are in the fog of war. For sandbags: hug them tightly and you'll be able to shoot over them (very strong to shoot people safely, just be careful when they're about to be destroyed). Don't engage Chapo or other boss enemies with automatic weapons in close combat, you'll die in a single burst.
where the fuck do you get a uphone? I've check dozens of computers, done j-lab once, and got like 20 hours in the game but still haven't gotten one for the black market.
