If I have to get McDonalds, I use the app, I get 4 Double Cheeseburgers (bogo $1) and use a store deal to get Large Fries Free with a Large Drink, it comes out to $11, which is the cheapest value for the most amount of calories. I don't have much time to each throughout the day so this is the most efficient way to order if I NEED to have mcdonalds (which you never do)
