>>724195415There is almost always the option to evacuate. Part of ironman is knowing when losing the mission is less of a penalty than losing your soldiers. Also, RNG is going to happen. That's why to train up more than six soldiers and you rotate them. That way, when you do get fucked, you can at least replace them with someone of similar power.
