Thinking you can regulate gambling is delusional. People will gamble no matter what. In OSRS people gamble with hundreds of different items, like one that plants a flower of a random color. You can't stop people from investing money into random odds.

Also why did the mods delete that aqua? First they stick an Aqua, then they start deleting all Aquas?
