can a VPN help wtih game connection quality if your ISP is being stupid and throttling.

like if a game server is located in chicago and you change your VPN to chicago it should be better ping or what?

It wont help much if your isp is throttling upload/download speeds but it will improve ping if it's a routing issue, which a lot of isps have.

you can try mudfish but it probably wont help. if you live in america getting enterprise routing isnt going to help
