After getting fatigued on sf6, i decided to try fightcade. For 1 whole year, i played nothing but fightcade games. I mainly played 3s, st, kof 98, 02, alpha 2, and alpha 3. And i made it to s or a rank in most of them, and i found that they were actually only fun at shitter level. Beyond that level, the flaws of the games become to apparent to ignore. I cant imagine playing them longer, without periodic updates the fg gameplay loop gets old. Honestly i was getting fatigued after like 6 months, which was when i moved from 3s and st to kof and alpha. It doesnt feel very competitive to me either, to only perform combos other people labbed, to uses strategies other people labbed for me years prior, and my only competition is a few hundred hispanics. The pixelshit graphics also look awful and shaders dont even help, they just look bad on modern screens.I came back to sf6, and i have a new appreciation for the game. Lesson learned: dont listen to v posers, theyre shitters, they dont play, and they have bad taste

can a thirdstrike nigger tell me: when you play the single player campaign, the enemies list is randomized but how? is the difficulty fixed or does it scale with how you advance up the ladder? can the same character be easier if you get it early but harder if later, is that how it works, or are they always the same?

Early game Oro barely moves and so on. Really depends on which step of the ladder they're on.

Even on hardest difficulty the first couple levels will be total bitch mode, plus the difficulty lowers if you die and continue (so if you die you really should start all over). Only Gill is remotely hard by old school fighting game standards, but he's still very cheesable.

>>724213567I'm pretty sure the damage is across the board I don't remember the specificsthere's also player side vs pecific things because of glitches, that actually make things like the ken mirror match in p1 ken's favor because a certain setup can crossup when you're p1 but will never cross up if you're p2urien also has a different combo on ken depending on what player he is, if it's p1 ken st mp into ex headbutt hits properly but if it's p2 ken ex headbutt only hits once which means you don't have enough time for a juggle so you just want to do raw ex headbutt in those situations instead though now that I think about it if you did the headbutt with up back you would have an immediate tackle charge and might be able to land it even off a single hit ex headbutt juggle but I would have to test it and also see if it even does more damage and stun or what this is the type of autism you need to enjoy fighting games
