The two main ones are performance enhancements since UE5 is awful (although this runs pretty decently aside from occasional traversal stutters) and the Elder Leap. The later 3x your jump height and lessens gravity while gliding, which makes crossing Seattle far easier and faster. It's a huge time save since so much of this game is fetch quests or going back and forth across the city to talk to people

I remember waiting for this game and playing it then dropping it like 5-6 hours in. All I remember is that you had to choose whether or not you fed on innocent people to influence how the city progresses.
