every single openslop game is fucking garbage. I keep trying time and time again to give this garbage a chance for some reason. gta, oblivion, RDR, witcher 3, elden ring, its ALL shit designed for checklist gamers. a big open world filled with boring chores to do is not, and will never be a replacement for a hand crafted experience. there can be some good parts of open world games, like the legacy dungeons in elden ring or the dark brotherhood quest line in oblivion, but these are experiences that didnt need an open world structure and dont benefit from having one. its just such a fucking slog and I will never understand how fucking normgroid cattle can find this enjoyable but Im honestly jealous, I wish I could find this slop fun and immerse myself for hundreds of hours doing meaningless busywork inbetween walking/driving/horseback riding simulator segments.pic unrelated, an actually fun game
