>>724228690if it was just about defending yourself, why did you invade the enemy state instead of just repelling them and making peace? just kidding, if anyone ever attacks me I won't stop until I take their entire empire and claim their capital, to state an example.i fucking hate the general AI 's attitude to war though, literally no matter who the other civs are they will become careful and angry with you, even after YOU had war declared ON YOU without provocation. at that point I usually just become the villain they already treat me as and start breaking down diplomacy.
