Am a zoomer, played ff9 on ps3 because I had the original ps1 game and it worked through backwards compatibility. Loved it, my party was zidane, freya, quina and vivi. The environments and monster design was awesome. Probably my favourite ff alongside 7 and 1. I don't think it needs a remake, I don't think anything needs a remake. Remakes are the lowest form of slop. Just play the original
