Palworld spinoff but you play as the pals and not as a human, hell it could be a PvP shooter where you have a section of pals that are THE playable pals, a section for pals that are purely weapons and a section for pals that are living vehicles. Shit could be battlefield but furry, moreso if it also includes some form of base building so if you don't want to do the shooting, you can just fortify your control points and do fuckall but turtle by setting up pal sentries and walls and whatnot.

They'd use abilities automatically based on the formation. Putting Knights in front makes them attack, but if a wizard is placed next to them they'd defend the wizard instead. If you want to attack with both the knight and wizard, you'd have a gap between them in the formation signifying that the wizard doesn't need protection.

Make a MMO that uses realm mechanics & a StarGate mechanic. StarGate opens to a number of worlds that would disappear eventually. You could be raiding dungeon world and it closes on you then you have to survive till you can dial back, or make your way to another realm instance that people are building civilisation on. It would be a combination of Reboot / Exploration / Stargate. You will also befriend many AI clones like granado espada that is essential as science / labor force / skills.
You would be doing the civilization thing trying to evolve your world. The earlier the civilisation the more exposure you would have with the intergalactic powers who control Stargates. Modern are safer with guns etc, High tech need a constant resource to maintain standards, will enslave realms knocking back their civilisation, etc.
Your AI waifu gets massacred + business and families you can bet all the players will want revenge as a united power.

A new god game like Black and White

A large fixed map open world survival crafting game. The map has a large extensive city in its center, which fades to suburbs and then countryside. Every building has interiors. Every building is both destructible and REPAIRABLE.
The game would have an extensive system of building physics and premade traps. The point would be picking a location of survive in and defend against "zombies" or whatever monsters. More like L4D zombies, with variants than simple 7DtD ones. AI NPCs with guns and more intelligence would also be active enemies capable of disabling traps if they aren't hidden well.
Your base has a "visibility" rating which increases or decreases how many attacks you get and how intense they are. A base out in the middle of the countryside would be almost invisible but resources would be scarcer there. I think this system would be the hardest because it should take into account not just noise like machinery but how you build your fortifications. For example: if you build only interior walls several floors up in an apartment building, and don't modify the lobby at all, that would be fairly secure. As well, it should take into account how much combat you do around your base and how often you come and go.
For pacing, I want it more like The Long Dark. A sort of slow paced game more focused on the daily grind of getting enough food and stuff rather than heavily combat based.
First person is required for immersion. I can't get into Zomboid because of its camera.

Nah, never even heard of it. I looked it up and it just seems like your typical VN. The interactive life sim elements don't appear to match the level of detail I described, and I'm not a huge fan of the art style and the edgy, dour tone.

An obvious Subnautica inspired game about surviving in a gas giant.
"Something" shoots your ship down and your escape pod gets pulled into the gas giant. Surprisingly it locates a "solid surface" and crashes onto it. Its a huge, island sized creature that floats in the atmosphere. It turns out there is a thriving, alien biosphere in this gas giant.
You must use your escape pod's ability to use the local fauna's genetic material and raw biological material to survive and maybe escape. The longer into the game you go, the more you upgrade and use the more your suit and escape pod look like horrifying biopunk monstrosities.
Early on you'll be able to add a rudimentary buoyancy sack to the escape pod and move around a bit, to different large creatures you can land on. The weather will play a large part in the game, where you have to be careful when you're not secured to a creature or you could get blown off course. Going deeper into the gas giant and finding more extreme creatures, and also whatever shot your ship down would be key to the progression, like Subnautica. Managing pressure and temperature as well as atmospheric filtering and attacks by flying creatures would be important as well.

You start as a homeless man in a striving civilization and can do a lot of different things to earn a living : honestly getting a job or organised crime , the endgame is becoming the president of the fictional country with a wife and kids or the new escobar.

Other idea : you play as Grim Reaper and all the deaths you cause must look like accidents.
You can only use your skull appearance and scythe if nobody else but the victim sees you, otherwise you poison people's food, make objects fall, etc...

A fighting game with an actual campaign. Basically a JRPG, but the battle screen is a fighter. All the combos would be available to you from the very beginning, but you would gradually learn them and their timing as the game progresses and you encounter more characters. Your character's stats such as speed, power, and hitbox as well as physical appearance would gradually and dynamically adjust with your playstyle.

Obvious setting would be inner city; think Double Dragon and the Warriors.

3D first person Dwarf Fortress+Minecraft style game
You start out as the sole pioneer and set up a basic place for yourself in the wilderness, before building up some places for new settler NPCs to live alongside you. You can copy/paste the blueprints of structures and assign your citizens to build stuff for you.
Eventually the game evolves into managing your city/fortress; you have to keep different factions within your settlement happy (nobles, workers, soldiers, priesthood/religious figures, wizards, etc.)
You can favour factions over others, but they may plot and eventually turn on you (different factions attack you in different ways)
With this in mind, you need to design your settlement not only efficiently, but in a way that keeps you physically safe should your citizens decide to overthrow you. So you end up living in a comfy walled manor, protected by your loyal guards while the plebs stay seething outside. You can also give yourself big buffs by building expensive luxury items for your home, but this will piss off your citizens if they're struggling. You also need to build infrastructure, maybe like a magic monorail or minecarts so you can get around your settlement quickly. This can be sabotaged, so if your citizens become unhappy it would become increasingly difficult and dangerous to navigate your own city.
Your citizens can also become corrupt/criminals, criminal workers would be like petty thugs and thieves who hang out in gangs and rob houses, criminal wizards would turn into cultists that build secret hideouts and summon monsters, criminal nobles become decadent and siphon wealth and materials to build themselves luxury stuff in their own homes. Stuff like plagues and even zombie viruses would be cool too.
You can of course trade and be sieged/attacked by outsiders.

PvPvE Monster Hunter. There's a monster, but there's two teams of hunters after it. The teams can attack each other, but only the monster can 'cart' a hunter, running out of life from a hunter's attacks just puts you into a stunned, invincible state for like 10 seconds or so. There could be weapons (or just classes) specialized on fighting hunters, and others specialized on buffing the monster and making it more likely to attack the enemy team.

I'm workin on it, but it's something like a psychic-science-fantasy mini-god game fighter where you act as a patron deity for heroes, assisting them with dungeons and fighting. Heavy emphasis on manipulating object/game parameters and cursor action.

Picrel is the a battle ui mockup I drew up, my thinking is that attacks are like microgames that you as the player respond to and manipulate via cards (full tarot deck, not a custom system), dice, and cursor interactions. The core of the loop is in the same design space as Ultimate Chicken Horse or Jenga; where complexity ramps up and stability degrades over time until someone is forced into a losing position. Balanced right, I'd hope sufficient player skill would allow for to making a really hype comeback against a fucked up microgame concoction.

To use a microgame like minesweeper as an example, you'd manipulate parameters like time limit, mine count, mine properties, visibility range etc. Simple games, stacking twists. There's a lot more autistic detail i've thought about WRT the card management and dice mechanics (like feeding cards to the die) but I'll have to get an actual prototype working to hammer out what makes sense. Wish me luck on vibe coding because i'm actually retarded.

A game where you play as a horse and court numerous human girls. It's an h game so yes there will be bestiality in it. Also, there's NTR (you are the one doing the cucking) and vanilla content too. The art should be from someone like ONEONE1. The "combat" is you uh wooing the girls with your bhc. Impregnation is also a "feature" too.

There should also be some mind-blowing twist too. But that's something for end game players to find out.

Nobody has made an idea like this btw. Very unique and novel. I don't think AI can create this so someone has to do it manually.
