Furina destroyed the Hydro throne and in doing so did two things, the power went back to the sovereign while her gnosis became inert.It's still a superbly powerful artifact within their world but not because of its own power.Arle's cripple Moon Marrow is probably somewhere in that category between a gnosis with no followers and an inert gnosis. Still useful but nothing that would enable her to just walk up and slap Tsaritsa's shit to claim the Cryo throne for herself.And that's assuming the story doesn't culminate in Columbina getting all three pieces together to become the next "for real" lunar god. Zhongli was built as a damage character under shield and geo construct resonance was shown as important. Well it didn't work out, so they lazily gave him a very fat shredding shield and gave up.This is why Vortex Vanquisher, his supposed signature, doesn't fit him at all. It's an Attack weapon, and the hasty rework made him scale from HP, not DEF like most geos.
