I've thought about doing another BB playthrough now that it's pretty good emulated, but I keep getting hung up on what weapon to use. The HMS was just so good and fun. Especially when most of the other more interesting weapons are from later in the game (burial blade, rakuyo, parasite, etc). And you can't even use chalice dungeons since they wont drop weapons unless you have the normal version already.

I know the starting weapons are both viable and infact very good but that doesn't really change the fact that I'd like to change it up a bit and also they're a bit plain compared to some of the rest.
