MGS3 and GTA San Andreas are easy picks, same with the Kingdom Hearts games and Soul Calibur II and III. The .hack games were super good at the time, the original IMOQ games are a hard thing to revisit despite the nostalgia. There are a lot of old games that look and sound goofy due to their old voice acting, but there's something about old games like Orphen that just feel like playing a shitty old anime.also Onimusha 2 for being the definitive version despite getting a "remake" recently.

Really, an obvious idea should've been to do reissues of the PS1-3 using approximate or emulation tech and offer digital games as well as the means to play physical ones on those reissued consoles, and then offer your first party catalog as part of that, and while that is a big ask, Sony not doing a PS2 Mini kind of proves they have no clue what they're doing.
