>>724279741Caffeine has a pretty well-known half-life in the body so the amount of time a certain dose lasts is pretty well known. It's basically just that plus some vitamins that also help keep your energy up. Rather than giving you energy it mostly just prevents you from getting tired for the duration. From personal experience the duration is pretty accurate, they helped me survive some no-sleep days in college when coffee or other energy drinks didn't seem to do the trick.
