Eat vegan protien too, with cashew, and almond milk. Make some, put it in the fridge. Eat that before getting hunger cravings, them cured with protien. And muscle repaired and strengthed better. legs are the best thing to improve first and walking/jogging/running improves your whole body. Chew some gum for your face.You're less focused on what your body is doing when youi play games. So you will have acheived a lot of fitness you wouldn't have, habing played while on a treadmill. hha it takes a while to not turn when turning in game, but you can get used to it.Get comfortable, get fit, make things nicer for others and yourself.
