Not that the main game was bad or anything, but Assassin's Creed Brotherhood had that side game where you'd level up cheat-code thieves by sending them out on time gated missions. It scratched a nice itch and is probably the only thing I remember from that game. It was also fun using them as distractions for enemies while you snuck behind and finished them all off.
