Almost nothing outside what you posted. I crave to find games that take place in cities at night with early 2000s graphics. Something about that has so much atmosphere. Uh maybe you missed Kingpin, The Warriors,Cry of Fear. I'm pretty sure you included SWAT 4. All I know is good Garry's Mod maps outside that. Maybe one day indie developers will get good enough to recreate this. I hope so at least.
