Late 90's PC games are the peak of the medium. Quite the redemption arc from where DOS games were at during the very start of the decade.

Only Intravenous competes with it in certain aspects. Actually Thief in its own way competes in various aspects too. It's better than every Metal Gear Solid game though. Far better, this is peak of the genre.
