Absolutely not. It was so poorly written, everyone figured it out after the first ep, and they had to hastily rewrite the entire game. I don't think they even bothered to fix the "on the next episode" teasers that show things that never happen after all the cuts and rewrites.

I think people liked the premise more than they actually like the game because it's not very well written, it released after TWD came out when telltale shit was at its peak but is still fondly remembered despite being full of holes
