Aspie reply incoming. I have an RTX 5090. The graphics aren't good enough to justify the clunky gameplay, terrible animations, retarded AI and outdated quests. It looks good at times, but path tracing looks like ass in motion and I absolutely hate the "boiling" effect on some surfaces. It's a shame because at times it looks great, but getting a consistently stable image is impossible, especially with path tracing enabled. Honestly, the game is visually outdated if you ignore meme tracing. The animations, combat and NPC models in particular are really bad. The main story characters look good, but generic NPCs and enemies are poorly modeled and animated, and it really ruins the overall immersion. The gunplay is pretty clunky, I don't like any of the guns and there's just too much loot. I don't like crafting and loot, and it's quite bad in this game. Driving doesn't feel particularly good. I don't care about any of the characters. Silverhand is cool, I guess. The quests are boring and there's too much useless dialogue. The side quests are really bad and you get spam called by random characters all the time, it's genuinely one of the most annoying mechanics of all time.

They gutted a ton of the RPG mechanics in preperation for the """cinematic""" dlc that is basically a visual novel with a scene selector. Levels are now pointless fluff. Gear is now pointless fluff. Loot is now pointless fluff. The skill tree is now pointless fluff. All the tabletop RPG basis for their game was thrown out of the window with the pre-DLC patch, just because these fucking loser developers listened to the people complain about shit like "abloo bloo why do I need skill at X to tear open this wall" and these lazy devs not wanting to balance the game further so all enemies now deal a calculated amount of damage per encounter, which is why you now get a fixed amount of heals per encounter. The whole array of patches from 1.0 to 1.6 didn't even fix any bugs on PC, it was just console specific bugs.

The game just looks really boring. Dead city, non-existent story centered entirely around Keanu Reeves playing a cringe asshole. No RPG choice making or build crafting.
