What I think is that until you implement extremely strict filtering methods or otherwise control the population of the board with the goal of turning this place into more of a dung heap in mind, good stuff will emerge occasionally. It's just that one has to sift through more earth to find nuggets of gold.However, it is also possible that there is a certain threshold amount of people, that, when reached, acts as a sort of barrier that possibly prevents necessary interactions for the formation of a group capable of making something good. Like noise covering the important signals. I think it would be possible to combat this speculated phenomenon through persistent efforts.
