Fun fact: Serious Sam 2 just got a 20th anniversary patch. Helps with compatability with modern operating systems, spruces up some graphics, and had some overhaul mods built in.

Is that the easiest difficulty? Why is there regenerating health? If so, why is that difficulty in a Serious Sam game? The games are supposed to be hard, with swarms of enemies that you have to shoot.
