Banjo's walk speed is 500 and Talon Trot is 700. It's sufficient, but I always felt they could easily bump that to 750 and Talon Trot would feel a lot better. And i do wish Banjo had some kind of horizontal jump desu

Banjo-Kazooie isn't primarily a platformer, it just seems like one on the surface. It's SECONDARILY a platformer but it's primarily an exploration-collectathon game

It's correct to say he's not acrobatic like Mario, but he's also literally not trying to be, that's not the point of Banjo's game
