My favorite conspiracy theory about Civ 7 is that Firaxis was copying Amplitude's homework for years, and Amplitude intentionally made Humanity shitty to first of all break away from Sony, but also to bait Firaxis into copying a shit game and punishing them for it.

It's so fucking funny to me that they are now asking civ players for help to make a normal civ game.

I'm 100% sure it will be paid DLC if it ever does materialize.
