Just make it fa m! Do and srpg! Make some tweaks here and there. Call some weapons with another name, but similar uses to some FE weapons. Get creative dude, don't let it be a dream, do it!

Nintendo already lost a lawsuit over that exact issue and there are a bunch of FE clones now.

Nintendo doesn't have a copyright over FE gameplay, just don't literally put FE characters in your game and you'll be fine.
Source: they already tried that on Kaga himself
