In America? No. Westerners are too casual and will see it as a "Guitar Hero" ripoff. Plus Konami hates westerns, so none of their bemani games will ever come over except for the one poorly maintained DDR cab in Dave and Buster's. Round One doesn't count because it's not readily available everywhere.
