Halo fans make me laughThey've been miserable for almost as long as I have been alive, two decades and countingLike genuinely, amazingly, miserable.And is it because their series is dead? Is it because their favorite games are unplayable? No, it's because they're mid at worst at times. This horrific tragedy leads to life-altering seething over sprint buttons and how walls look. God forbid a room be *gasp* brighter?!?!? Im going to actually KILL myself, a gun has an ammot counter and a modern shooter in 2025 has a sprint option (that im not forced to use at any point and is just basic QOL)Its even funnier because if you ever actually play the games, they're all ass. Just complete unfun garbage with Aura farming. Undeniably genre-defining sure, but the formula has been improved drastically since. This isnt even like RE4, where the game is fun on top of being a classic genre definer, Halo has been and continues to be bullet-spongey cover shooting garbage with a snail's pace. The only logicial reason anyone likes it, is nostalgia, which is why whenever praising Halo it is always about how it made them FEEL when they were a kid, and never any actual merit of the game design.I would say they deserve their mid ass series, but even if they got a good game they would complain. Borderland 4 fans got ass for a butt again for 3, but please tell me more about how this Weapon doesnt look the same as 20 years ago and how angry 12 year old you is.
