He was my best friend, man.Fast forward to when the Switch 2 got its price reveal. We were hanging out like usual, and I said something like,> “Damn, that’s kinda expensive. Might not get it day one.”Next day — his house gets broken into.A bunch of stuff’s stolen, including his precious cardboard Labo Joy-Cons.Now, he lives in a rough neighborhood, so I wasn’t too shocked. But then… he invites me over, acting normal.Except he wasn’t.He cornered me with one of his friends and started demanding I “give back the Joy-Con.”He searched my car. He searched my house. He even stole my phone to check where I’d been that day.I showed him everything. Every bit of proof that I didn’t do it.Didn’t matter.
