No, it needs a directors cut. A fully realized dark souls 2 would be a top 10 game of all time. As it is right now it's a fun 7/10 experience

I'm in a split mind
There are a lot of cool concepts and cut maps that would be great to see in a fully fledged reimagining of the game
But I know for a fact that any sort of remake, even if it's just the Blueslop style graphical overhaul remake, is going to streamline the game for normalfags and make it more like the later entries in the series, let alone a ground up rebuild
Just appreciate the online while it's around still I guess
