Real answer it's coming along nicely but is still obviously half finished and feels like it. I hate the meta right now just being "Try to get ahead for 20 minutes, get mid boss, then win". The early-mid game is good but the mid-late game is shit.

>lane protection items are overtuned and it's really easy to play safe in your lane provided that you build the right cheap item for it, and a lane with support heroes like Viscous and Paige are near-impossible to do enough damage in
>lots of obtuse information (partially justifiable because it's still an alpha test so they're barely writing anything yet)
>shooter with WILDLY inconsistent TTKs due to how items and abilities interact with the characters, which is one of the things you really don't want in a shooter, especially when so much information is not shown to the player like the amount of damage an enemy actually takes or how much health they're visibly healing
>lack of gamemodes aside from ASSFAGGOTS mode but the're supposedly adding a new one

imo its reached a point where I can play it regularly, while being relatively bug free. it's very fun and improving in deadlock feels very rewarding in and of itself

Not being that good at aiming while having to last hit is a very painful experience. At least in other games you can spray and pray with this you actually have to have a good timing with your shots and good accuracy
Also not having free reign to chose whoever sucks ass
