I barely played much of the games over the years, barely made it into the first area, but I bought a few of the packs. What all can you do in this game again? Side quest and pet wise? Is there anything you can get in these games only with a membership that you can't get with crowns other than actual chat?I honestly don't know if I should go to the PS5 version of Wizard since you have to make a whole new account. Any Thoughts? Can you at least use a controller on PC?

>>724376683Its a subscription model much like WOW, but otherwise not really. You play the first 2 areas, then get hit by the paywall. Its fun if you don't mind the pay wall of $11 a month. Its good for turning off your brain and having something to do until the endgame. Then it gets stupid hard without having a wiki page open. But the first 100 levels are mostly fine.

>>724378401Bundles are only good for membership for 1 month or 5000 crowns and cosmetics and housing dungeons, but the dungeons can be glitched into with the housing tours, and some of the cosmetics can be fished for, so ultimately a waste of money>>724378503You can coast with basic shit gear till level 60-80 depending on preparation. But by then you kind want to follow a gear guide spreadsheet. Its not hard to follow and not concrete, but no one will want to carry someone using crap gear past Khrysalis. Dont bother using crowns to permanently buy a zone unless you plan on playing for years straight to make the investment back assuming you play the full game. Just pay $11 once for a month and try the game for a month and finish the first 50-60 levels to see if you enjoy the game. The first arc is fast and easy to ease you into things.

There is also a less established player base so it might feel like a better questing experience with more people on your level with you. But I find PC better because PC master race. Up to preference really.>>724378936Fire is ok, its in that awkward spot of DOT damage can be the highest or 2nd highest dps in the game with the right team setup, or it can force you to use the same non DOT spell for a large portion of the game because it is more meta. It is tankier than storm by a lot, so I would recommend it more over Storm the Glass Cannon school for a first playthrough.Buccanneer is great in P101, buffs and melee centric tank and hitting things. Can be a fun class with the right companion team comp. Honestly there is no bad class in P101, everything works. Privateer has it a little harder like Ice does in W101, but not by much.

>>724377663I recently made a storm wizard last year and steam rolled most bosses in the original 5 worlds but storm spells have a high chance of fizzling so you will want to focus on gear that helps your accuracy stats

Note the lack of nuance but all of these work fine, just some are piss easy, and some lack the dps/tankyness needed later on.
