What are some games that are difficult blind but piss easy with knowledge?

Fear and Hunger games are very difficult blind because they have a lot of dangerous encounters that can make the game almost literally impossible to beat (limb loss) but once you figure out how to beat enemies fast or where to find items that will protect your limbs you can easily beat every encounter with a single character without any issues.
