A Spinning Piledriver would most like break your own back as well if you'd pull it off.You'd need to use a move that isn't damaging on you, so you wouldn't end up breaking your own bones if you pull it off. I'm assuming Dhalsims moves is the closest to being practical, since if you can just gain the ability to stretch your limbs without damage, you wouldn't need super stamina behind it for it to be useful. Or most of the mutant abilities in Marvel vs Capcom (except the ones with permanent downsides, like Cyclops needs a special visor to not kill everything he looks at).
