New Vegas Ultimate, just buy it. None of the DLC is at the same level as the main game and none of it addresses the obvious missing pieces of the Mojave, but you need it for modding, all of the pieces have one-two elements that are great, and beating NV after beating all the DLC in order gives you that 10/10 feeling of completing a good game.

Yep, they're worth it. Play in this order: Honest Hearts > Old World Blues > Dead Money > Lonesome Road

the others only add more gameplay, quests and big areas to explore, basically worthless

Lonesome Road is good.
Old World Blues has good gameplay but the wacky humor is hit or miss.
Dead Money had good presentation but the gameplay is hit or miss.
