crazy they killed it as it was picking up
they just got rid of the director who had been making baffling decisions for years like 6 months ago and the new person in charge started turning the game around.


Can you really believe that guy thought no one would want new pvp maps or gamemodes and thought just a single map for each was good enough? absolutely insane
they put out 6 new maps since then and all of them were a huge hit and made the game way better. don't need an insane amount but 2-3 is very different from just 1

I remember playing this on release and hearing the falling trees and crack of a pick on a rock as players gathered shit and felt so fucking comfy. It wasn't enough to carry the game, I dropped it shortly after the first dungeon I think, but damn I wish more games had that comfy open world feeling.

Not about the player numbers anon, but the quality of the game.
The constant expectation to restart was retarded, actually implementing the content the game was missing instead of trying to act like they had by making new servers isn't a real solution.
It was legitimately turning around.
