I called him my training buddy and refused to move on with the game until I could consistently parry him with my gun, because I knew I was utter shit and wanted to get my timing better since I knew he would prove to be a baby threat in the grand scheme of things. I had a lot of fun, like getting assmad Logarius and Ludwig over dying repeatedly, not getting pissed because they felt unfair, but the opposite, and how I was still getting fucked up despite them obviously having good design. Gehrman getting up from the chair was fun, too.

Bloodborne is pretty basic even compared to Souls. There's only so much you could do with the 1-2 combos. Builds are practically non-existent.
