If you like resource management amd trade in games, than eu is more your flavor. If you like to do rp runs and want to feel attached to your player character than ck 3 is it.

The problem is that they released the game with regions without content, they expanded the map and introduced more regions without content for people to complain over.

The tribal euros have a completely different play style focusing on raiding. Byzantines have the politics mechanic. Steppes have their own mechanic.
