Syanna is a woman so she should get away with getting half of the kingdom killed by manipulating the incel vampire.

Anarietta should also get away with everything despite being a corrupt bitch who allows her kingdom to die just so she can save her sister and even refuses to punish her sister or believe Geralt if you tell her Syanna wants to kill her.

In a perfect world, Detlaff, Syanna and Ana dying is best ending. But this is feminist Witcher which outright wants you to have dyke female witchers, a woman as queen of Skelliege, etc.

So Detlaff dead and sisters reconciled is the forced best ending
