Only morons rush to PAY and play a SINGLE-PLAYER game on release when they can enjoy it years later with superior performance, mods, and cheap as peanuts.>free if you are not moralfag.Flavorofthemonthfags are worst example of such thing.>I can play full skyrim with superior mod support, excellent performance and have 10000s of hours of fun>morons who played it at release payed 60+ dollars for it and had shit performance and just basic game>insert any single-player game where skyrim is and the results is the same or almost the sameZero reasons not to do it unless you have ig of a rotten apple.
>>724631556very feminine to concern yourself with what other people do
if game requires mods to be acceptably playable then it's not worth playing, especially 10 years after its release
Not paying for the things you enjoy is a turdworlder's mindset.>GIB ME DATS FO FREE!That's all your post amounts to.
>Less likely to get spoiled>Discussion around the game is at its peak>It feels cool to be a part of something at the same time as everyone else
Please please please move to london my queen, I can fix you, you dont need to kill yourself in russia
>>724631630>browses /v/ where it's ALL about what other people do>complainsmany such cases>>724631751Exactly, so it stand to reason it is even less worth your money and time at release, right? right?>>724631793I said you can pay for it , you moron, if you feel like you need to.>>724631847>needing other peoples opinions and validation to make you feel OK to play game
>>724632001>Exactly, so it stand to reason it is even less worth your money and time at release, right? right?yes
>>724632001I'm not the one complaining
>>724631556spoiler brainwormsYes, you can in fact enjoy the game even if you know that Aerith dies
>>724631556I played DK last night to finish it so I could do the DLC lol. I want my exclusive statues
>>724631847cringe
>>724632057So my point is correct, no need to waste money on a game when you can play much later and enjoy it at least with better performance from newer hardware >ornot at all>>724632075complains on a thread and then complains he does not complain>>724632075Spoilers are a problems from morons. I have not player, for example Fallout 3 and have 0 spoilers. Not that I will player it, but I literately have no clue about it's plot.I can now play it, if i wished, with much better performance, not to mention probably millions of additional content from mods.>>724632118dick kissing, I'd presume, as your way of expression screams you are a retarded manchild faggot
>>724632272>So my point is correct, no need to waste money on a game when you can play much later and enjoy it at least with better performance from newer hardwareno you need to play games that don't require mods to be acceptably playable, ditch the playing 10 years later mental gymnastic entirely
>>724632308Why? It will be free/or extremely cheap years later. Zero reasons not to and millions to do so.Ten years is just a random numbers, you can do it in 3,4 years. Many games are given for free, can be pirated or bought for a dollar and were priced 60 at launch.Ignore mods completely, if a game is worth playing at launch it is 100 times more logical to play it later when you can benefit from better hardware and better tech.I am literary saying what you are, just adding that it's a waste of money to buy them on release and buying them (or pirating) later is EXACTLY the same as at launch just with additional benefits.Pick any single-player game and I can point concrete examples.

>>724632001>needing other peoples opinions and validation to make you feel OK to play gameI'd say it isn't validation more so, a group experience. It feels better to experience and discover things when a game is new and there are still secrets. It's something to talk about with other anons where you guys can share what you found so far that others may have not and it's one of the last organic forms of discovery left in the industry. When you play a game late, you kind of miss out on that. Everything is already on a wiki somewhere and so there's no point in talking about the things you've discovered because the novelty has worn off now and all the fans of said series are privy to everything the game has to offer.
>>724631556>piracyNot a problem>having your personality be "i pirate games, why would anyone buy games?"Third worlder behavior.
>>724632723It is a single-player game. Why use wikis, youtubee videos or whatever? It is your experience and you are forcing yourself to rush it just so you feel "normal".I get the part you need to talk with anons (sad thing to be honest, find real friends) about current-game-thing but there is millions of other things you can talk besides that. There is no novelty of any sort in it. Do you read books? a book is still good, years, decades later and you can fnd people to talk to about it. It is same with movies and games.Don't fall for retarded consumerism.>>having your personality be "i pirate games, why would anyone buy games?"No, I said you can BUY it much later for 10 times the price or even less years later OR pirate it if you want ( i personally do not care).
>>724633050>It is a single-player game. Why use wikis, youtubee videos or whatever? It is your experience and you are forcing yourself to rush it just so you feel "normal".Some people get stuck on shit, so they use wikis, idk. You're assuming I actually buy games on release. My argument is the fact that the knowledge you're gaining when the game is new feels novel because it's not on a wiki or officially listed on a site yet. The knowledge you have is something only (You) can have if you played the game at that moment. That's my point.>I get the part you need to talk with anons (sad thing to be honest, find real friends) about current-game-thing but there is millions of other things you can talk besides that.I have irl friends and there are a million other things I talk about besides games. You seem to have a very binary view on how people operate. Perhaps it's projection, perhaps you're just looking for (You)s. Also, remember where you are. You're stuck here forever, too.>There is no novelty of any sort in it. Do you read books? a book is still good, years, decades later and you can fnd people to talk to about it. It is same with movies and games. There is to lots of people. Yes, I do read books. Yes, I understand that things have lasting cultural relevance. I also understand you can talk about something even if it isn't new. You have misunderstood my argument twice now. That is a result of poor reading comprehension.>Don't fall for retarded consumerism.I don't. I've not once bought a game on release in 20 years.>having your personality be "i pirate games, why would anyone buy games?"Learn to reply to the right people newfag.
