>>724694309No, fuck that. WoW and its expansions are not a good follow up to the story of Warcraft 3. They had to compromise too much to make it work in an MMO format. If they were going to make another campaign for W3 or a Warcraft 4, it should either be a split timeline that ignores WoW altogether, or set at a different point in the timeline so it can be self contained. But, then it would be written by modern Blizzard so it would be shit anyway.

This was on account of both of his hubris and the very real human part of him that persisted despite the helm of domination's control and despite him literally tearing his own heart out, a disembodied, barely lingering fragment of consciousness embodied as "Matthias Lehner" in Icecrown, who literally guides you on how to understand and defeat Arthas.In that sense, Arthas already was the jailer of the doomsday tide that the scourge could really be. A role that had to be followed up by someone, somehow.
